Conference Venue
The TASE 2009 conference will be held in Yi Fu Building,
Tianjin Normal University (old campus).
Registration
On 28th July, the conference registration will be available
from 14:00 to 19:00 in Hui Bin Hotel. During the conference
(29th -31st July), the registration service will be available
at the conference site (Yi Fu Building) from 8:00 to 17:30.
Presentation
Every regular paper will be allocated 25 minutes for presentation.
We suggest you to talk for 20 minutes, and leave 5 minutes
for question-answering. Poster papers will be presented at the poster
sessions on day 1 (29th July) and day 2 (30th July). Every poster paper
will be given a A1 size poster board. Authors of poster papers will need
to prepare and print their poster (of A1 size) in advance. Please be at
the presentation room 10 minutes before the session and contact your
session chair. A student volunteer will help you to copy your slide into
the laptop that is connected with the projector.
Meal Places
The reception, the banquet and Lunches will be in the ground floor of the
Golden Bridge Hotel (next to the conference building). Coffee/teas will
be available outside of the presentation room during coffee breaks.
Bus
Between the conference venue and the Hui Bin Hotel
We provide free transportation (a return bus ride)
between Hui Bin
Garden Hotel and Yi Fu Building during 29th July and 31st
July. The schedule is as follows.
