(1) Member registration is for members of IEEE. IEEE members are required to show proof of their memberships when checking in.

(3) Early Bird (EB) discount is by 18 June 2009.
(4) Authors should register according to their category of membership or studentship. Every conference paper requires at least one conference registration. Registrations for conference papers should be done by 15 May, 2009.
